The ease in which it can be used by non technical users for day to day tasks such as monitoring network traffic/traffic anomalies etc., allows them to feel confident that they are doing what's right when using this software.

I would like more robust reporting features but there isn't much you cannot do from within cyber lorca itself so its not an issue too often! This has been very useful at reducing downtime caused due to poor application design or coding errors - we've seen many instances where our clients have had issues over time because their applications were poorly designed and coded leading up to critical production systems going down every few weeks.
