It gives me a good platform of connecting my customers in an efficient manner without having them come physically into our office! The customer service has been excellent as well - very responsive when I have issues or questions about how it works.
Nothing so far that hasn't worked out great but we've had some initial teething problems since launch (such as slow speed). You can use this tool across multiple departments from sales through support which makes life easier on everyone involved; especially if you're looking at ways to improve efficiency within those teams/departments rather than individual projects / tasks etc. This would be ideal even just internally between different areas such as internal marketing vs account management & development team who are working together closely yet haven’t met face-to-face before using VRC? We were able to get away quickly around any potential awkwardness by being fully immersed via headset instead of meeting each other over coffee first hand like traditional methods could require.
