Average quality, not a great product.

I was looking for a wireless gaming headset (to replace the wired SVEN AP-U980MV and Marshall Monitor Bluetooth (do not work in games with voice chat).
I chose from 15 models (Asus, Razer, SteelSeries Arctis, Logitech, HyperX, JBL, Sennheiser, Corsair). I chose Virtuoso SE because: I did not find any complaints about the sound (universally good everywhere), praised the microphone, easy setup and build quality.

The sound "out of the box" is not so hot, picking the settings. Selected spatial audio (headset supported) "Windows Sonic for Headphones" is the best option. "Juicy" in singles, movies, and music. In . Music, there were almost no complaints about the tracks; in country, jazz, neoclassical and rock - there are differences in sound, the rules of the player's equalizer.

But as soon as you start the game with multiplayer and voice chat, problems begin, I tested it in 4 games: Call of Duty Warzone, Rainbow Six Siege, Forza Horizon 4, Red Dead Online. At the start of a multiplayer session (and in Call of Duty - in the menu) - the sound disappeared after 30 seconds - 3 minutes. Appeared after: turning off / on the switch (from Wireless to USB and vice versa), pulling out / plugging in the USB adapter, forced flashing and configuration in the iCUE program. After 3-5 minutes, everything repeats, and at first the sound is normal, then it is interrupted and a crack appears, then a squeak begins, then the sound disappears.

When you exit the game, the sound does not appear, you need to do manipulations. When using the switch - the sound can only appear in the "mono" mode, you need to repeat the action. With forced firmware, the settings of all PC audio devices once flew off, I had to reboot the PC.
I tried to play with the headset operating modes, turn off the microphone (from the button / disconnect), play with the game settings - it did not help.

: Marriage confirmed. I did not take risks, made a return and took a headset from another manufacturer.

Pros

1) The sound of movies and music (players and browser), it's really good for a gaming headset, but you need to dig into the settings (that's cool!) 2) There is support for spatial sound, which even works decently (that's cool!) 3) Convenience and ergonomics - they personally fit my head and ears, they are moderately weighty, my ears do not pinch (I wore it for up to 3 hours - everything is in order); soft ear pads with memory effect - comfortable; it was not hot in them; I liked the fixation of the rotation of the bowl - it is convenient to adjust the location on the head; I don’t wear headphones around my neck - so it’s normal for me who likes to do this - they may not suit you (if the neck is not thin), the bowls will squeeze your neck, see the reviews (it’s cool!) 4) Complete set, everything is as promised, all you need is cables, transmitter, microphone, case (it's nice) 5) The build quality is great (a lot has been said about it), there are no squeaks, all the mechanisms work perfectly, it looks solid and durable (it's cool!) 6) The function "sound around" (this is convenient) 7) Quick automatic detection and initial setup, downloaded and installed the software before connecting (this is normal).

Cons

1) When unpacking the box (with seals), I found that on the left cup the ear cushion was separated from the base of the cup, it turned out that one of the 3 teeth did not fall into the groove, unscrewed it, screwed it on - everything became normal (this is a trifle) 2) Also, when unpacking, I found that the left ear cushion was crushed (seen in the photo), apparently from a tight package with a cover (this is a trifle) 3) There is a smell of materials when unpacking from the headphones and the case, everything is ventilated in 3-4 days (this is a trifle) 4) Operating range - the radio signal does not penetrate a 10 cm concrete wall at a distance of 3 meters (bluetooth headset coped easily), everything works in the PC room, but the maximum distance was 5 meters (this is tolerable) 5) It feels like the duration of the work is 12-16 hours (spatial sound and without RGB), during their testing and adjustment for 5 days, I had to charge them twice: work out of the box, charge at the end of the first day, charge at the end of the fourth day (it's tolerable) 6) Price - 18990, chose the most expensive of the 15 models under consideration and lost (you can put up with it) 7) Not very convenient software, it seemed to me a little functional (you can set up sound presets, set up and turn off the illumination, adjust the sound around and ate the firmware), there is no elementary test / diagnostics of the headphones and microphone (you can put up with it) 8) They do not work for their intended purpose, namely, as a wireless gaming headset, the sound is turned off, how the microphone works in games is not at all clear; testing was carried out in 4 games with multiplayer and voice chat; possible marriage (NOT ACCEPTABLE).
