The ability of our team members, clients are able too easily get in touch with us through social media or other channels which gives them confidence knowing they can reach out anytime via phone call etc., we were looking at some different software options but realized it was important (or vital) having one place where anyone could go if need be! Not many issues here as everyone who has worked directly w/the staff have been amazing!! Highly recommend taking advantage while you still may so I'm sure once this new release gets rolling more people will start using their benefits from there.
