I have problems with the strength of my hands, so light meals are important to me. But I also DON'T WANT to add plastic to the world at large. These panels meet both requirements. I microwave them to reheat leftovers and hand wash them as recommended for durability. I am very happy with this product so far and proud to tell my friends that it contains NO PLASTIC. The color choice is just the icing on the cake! Thumbs up review from those old thumbs! lol.
