I currently have 6 pairs of these shoes in different colours. I am 74 years old and now retired. When I was growing up working full-time, I had several pairs of dress shoes (and handbags) that matched my outfit. This may sound silly, but now I'll match the color of the shoes to the color of the t-shirt. In the past I've paid over $100 for name brand shoes, which often don't last more than a year before going out of style. The sole has started to separate from the shoe. Also, when they got dirty, they were difficult to clean without damaging them. Since these shoes cost less than 1/3 of what I paid for the shoes, I don't really regret the exchange. These shoes come with an arch insert that you can use or not. Personally I use them as the inside of the shoe is very flat unless an insole is used. For me this is the most convenient. Because color descriptions and differences in computer monitor colors can make it difficult to decide on a color, I describe the actual colors of the shoes I purchased. Pink Coral is a beautiful light coral color. a color I wouldn't call pink at all. Light green is a light green color tending toward turquoise. Has a contrasting color to add interest. Black is definitely dark black, but not too contrasting or interesting on the shoe. Red - definitely deep red to bright red. White spots add interest. Orange. I was looking for corals when I bought them but they are definitely bright orange. Persian blue is what I would call a dusty blue. Contrasting color adds interest. So far I'm very happy with the colors and comfort of this shoe. Time will tell how long they last. If they last as long as the expensive shoes, I still have the edge in terms of cost.
