DO NOT BUY - I will return this item promptly. Arrived in one day as promised. I spent a whole day setting it up with no success. I contacted support who gave me the following excuses: Our servers might be down and try again in an hour, try the SD card. After several hours of trying to connect, I finally managed to do it with my sisters. phone.ONLY FOR FULL ACCESS TO ANOTHER HOUSE. I WAS ABLE TO MOVE A CAMERA THAT RECOGNIZED HIS FAMILY PHOTOS AND I WAS EVEN CALLING HIM TO WARN HIM THAT WE HAVE THE SAME SCAN CODE. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I AM NOT SURE HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN BUT I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE WITH THIS COMPLAINT.
