I really trusted the reviews on this unit. Sharp is a reliable watch brand so I bought this atomic watch expecting perfection. To my surprise, this watch is made of plastic. I had a cheaper Revain brand watch that was made out of real glass and real brushed metal. It's frustrating that I can't get the watch to find the signal. It spins forever and then stops. It never gets installed. I left it for a few days and it didn't move at all. Eventually I gave up and decided that maybe this is my scope and I just couldn't use the atomic function so I would set it manually. Problem is, he won't let me. I followed the instructions and even reset the clock. It does not respond to either the WAVE setting or the SET setting. It just keeps spinning. I may have gotten the "ugly duckling" out of the batch, but overall this is not the product I expected from Sharp.
