I was expecting the freshness of "greens" to be extended by 2-3 days compared to the shelf life of containers at the grocery store. When the vents at both ends of this Produce ProKeeper are open, the commonly observed wetness of vegetables in the store is greatly reduced. This prevented our greens from spoiling prematurely. As for the moisture tray that snaps securely and neatly under the container, you need to have excess moisture in the food for it to drip into the tray. This can be immediately helpful as the user can use the Prokeeper as a colander/strainer and then attach (and remove) the tray to catch excess moisture introduced by the user.
