I used the size chart, have a perfect fit, not too shiny
In winter it's cold in my house and I often just need one vest to keep me warm inside and outside. I relied on the size chart and took my measurements which stated XL. I wasn't so sure and thought it might be too big. It fits perfectly, has a good zipper and practical pockets. I keep my holdall in one pocket and some glove liners in another pocket.
