I write a lot of reviews and spend a lot of time researching a product before I buy it. I can count on the fingers of one hand the 1 star reviews I have given over the years. Let's just say this thing is a piece of shit. For 149 and small change you would think that would work quite well. No, not in my case. I'm not a hairy girl, but I've liked epilating my legs or other unwanted hair just once a month. I was excited to get it and even more excited to try it. I read the instructions, charged the device, waited the recommended number of days so that the hair was not too short. I spent a good 45 minutes trying this. I couldn't get him to remove his hair. I stretched the skin as suggested by several reviews but nothing. I always expected it to hurt a little, but I've never felt any tugging or tugging because it wasn't even remotely equivalent to hair removal. I gave up the epilator and decided to change my head and shave my legs. The results were disappointing. It did very little. After several passes over the same spot, there was still a lot of stubble on the legs. I tried shaving my legs wet and dry but the stubble stayed. Eventually I gave up and shaved again. What a waste of good money. Don't waste your hard earned money looking for another brand. Definitely not worth the time or money. I am very sorry for having made this purchase. I can't understand why there are so many 4 and 5 star reviews. I may try again in the near future but my expectations are below a star.
