Very thin but my son loves it.
My 11 year old son, 110 pounds, 5ft 3 inches. Bought XL and they fit very well. He's a fat boy so they're a little tight at the bottom. It doesn't seem to bother him. They were a bit too long for him but I figured they could shrink or he'd grow another inch in a month or two!
