Review on Kitchen Scissors Cutting Stainless Vegetables by Timothy Louis

These are pretty cool little scissors for eating. The large, flat surface on which the blade rests looks almost like a cutting board. They are amazingly sharp and cut through cooked meats and veggies with ease! Definitely saved me a lot of time when cooking. I say as a helpful tip to use them, wait until the meat is cooked - they don't seem to cut through raw meat easily, but once the meat is cooked they cut through with little effort.
