Gentler on my skin on arm and bracelet Accessory

Silicone bracelet caused skin reactions, redness and pain but looked better. The watch doesn't seem to work as well as it records my sleep, it says it doesn't feel my heartbeat. This seems odd as it measures your resting heart rate.
