The purchase was a big mistake

Poorly made cheap brakes. I thought I might save myself some trouble by buying a set. nope! There wasn't enough cable coming out of the case to install it on the rear brake. So I bought a cable and case at a bike shop. Well, a cable noodle boot doesn't fit a store-bought cap, so I had to buy a different noodle. Then there are those weird caps on the cable next to the lever. I'm not sure what it is and the instructions are useless and don't even come close to explaining everything that is needed. This product is made by lazy manufacturers who don't care about quality or customer satisfaction.
