Advertised as 14mm = 0.55 inch, just over half an inch. It was great to replace what I had lost - one of two silver 1/2 inch tires. What arrived was a 3/4 inch tire. Much more than expected - almost 50% more. These are great earrings and I'm having to get used to the larger size, but I really wanted something that would fit the 1/2 inch rings I already had. I took a photo showing 1/2 inch rings. the earring I was trying to replace and the 3/4 inch earrings that arrived. They appear to be high quality silver with a white gold plating. They have a clasp that I like and are easy to put on and take off. I just wish the size was more accurate to match the description.
