This two piece set requires a separate review. The whisk is fine; The silicone coating on the blade feels durable. My habits of using my Kitchen Aid mixer, which have grown over decades, require a certain adjustment. The whisk fits in the bowl so well that I had to adjust the addition of ingredients and speed settings. The first time I used it, the kitchen was almost spattered with mashed potatoes and hot milk! The bowl protector was advertised as "for metal bowls" but the included instructions said "for use with glass bowls only". I was disappointed because my old sign was too big, bulky and rarely used. I might experiment with it at some point, but for now it just languishes in a drawer.
