I wanted to have a rain shower head but I also wanted to have a more powerful massage jet type. This nozzle meets all requirements perfectly! In rain mode, the current is fairly gentle, which may or may not be good for you. For me I really liked it. It's a nice soft feeling on my skin and because of the wide shape of this head I get a very wide jet of water which I really like. The massage mode is not very strong, but it is certainly stronger than the rain mode. . It's a nice change of pace in the shower. This mode is also great if you have shampoo in your hair and want to wash it off quickly, or at least faster than rain mode. I also like that the manufacturer included instructions on how to remove the low flow insert in this head. . It literally took me 10 seconds to remove it with a small screwdriver. Overall I am very happy with this head. Thanks to the manufacturer for a small roll of Teflon tape! I didn't need any tools to install it. Just wrap tape around the pipe coming out of the wall and simply screw the head on.
