I needed some inexpensive boots for a visit up north, being from Florida I don't have much need for warm boots so I didn't want to pay a lot. I was pleasantly surprised with how warm and comfortable they were for my needs, but they are not the best made boots. There are some slight cosmetic differences in the boots.They did however keep my feet toasty warm and dry walking around the slushy city. As far as all day wear and having to walk miles in them they could use a better supporting insole. However for my stop & go, rides on the subway and seeing the sights they did great for the price. I would recommend going a half size larger especially if you want to wear heavy socks.If you are looking for high end well made fashionable boots these are not for you, but if you need a pair to keep you warm and dry for a reasonable price they do the trick.
