The software is very user friendly, I have used this software for a little over 2 years now and it has been great experience. There are some minor issues with the interface but those can be easily fixed and they would do themselves a favor by fixing them. The support team is also really good at responding to any queries within minutes. Nothing much to dislike about the product so far, however, if you are looking for something that will help you in your day-to-day activities, then go for it. We use the software for inventory management purposes of our products which we sell online. It makes life easier when the orders come in as well as processing them all together.
