Have fun pulling up.
They were absolutely gorgeous BUT they had to be tied together. I assumed they were already on the rope. Can I say it was a big pain in the butt?! After playing around with them for 5 minutes trying to make them look right I said "forget it" and just threw them on the tables and used them like big confetti. I didn't have much time because I only had 30 minutes to get ready for the party. If I had looked and known beforehand they might have been good but I was annoyed.
