I'm so disappointed in this towel ring! I bought it because it matches my bathroom faucet and double towel rail, which are both beautiful and functional. This product has a clear design flaw. The ring does not remain in the database. After a few movements, it falls out immediately. Would like to read other reviews before purchasing. Due to the high quality of my other products in the Ashfield line, I didn't feel compelled to read anything. Pfisterpreis - You really missed the mark. And to add to the misery, I bought two - one for each of my bathrooms. Now I'm out of $70 and need to buy something else. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
