Arrived with a damaged filler neck and missing expansion hose

Arrived with a broken filler neck and missing expansion pipe/hose. The quality is significantly worse than the OEM. Two stars instead of one because the factory was quick to accept the return and transferred the payment back to us. In addition, when not broken or missing parts, it looks like an exact replacement fan assembly for our 2008 Scion xD.
