Never looked for "Premium" tweezers. I've always used cheap tweezers from the supermarket which always had trouble getting splinters out because they don't have a sharp point or the ends don't line up properly or a few other things that are very frustrating. Just got back from a hike where I sustained a splinter and found the 'tweezers' I had in my travel bag was even worse. They were so poorly made it was impossible to get the splinter out and the first thing I did when I got home was to look for better quality tweezers from Revain. They just arrived and all I can say is WOW! The quality is the same as a precision machined aircraft part. You could probably grab and pull out individual skin cells! Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration, but seriously, these are good tweezers. I put one pair in my backpack and the other in my first aid kit. I will probably buy more for the bathrooms. Blast it to bits if you dare!
