New update: Don't buy this. I would stay away from those Dell docking stations. The situation has gotten worse and now the HDMI output to my second display sometimes flickers, sometimes disappears. I wish I could fix that. Update: I had an issue where every mouse, wired and wireless, stopped sometimes. Just like my keyboards. I assumed it was my laptop and it was so bad I sent it to Dell service (due to that and the display issue). He came back with a solid readout, but another problem persisted. This problem caused my audio interface to pop up, my mouse and KB to stop, and even my laptop to crash (BSOD) a few times. It all stopped when I plugged all my USB devices into a USB 3 hub that plugged directly into the laptop. , bypassing this docking station. I am very disappointed in my Dell product and a bit frustrated too. It still powers my laptop and there are no video or network connection issues, so I keep it to myself. I also now have to connect my USB devices directly to it. Too expensive to just throw away and replace with someone else's product. (Previous Rating): Works quite well and is very convenient. Powers my laptop and when I plug it in it automatically turns on my laptop. It was expensive but I use it almost every day and do whatever I need to.
