terrible product. I put new batteries in and when I changed the time and date, and then when I changed the PIN code, the screen slowly turned off. I didn't think much about it until I invested some money and wanted to withdraw money only to find that the "Open" button didn't work at all. I was lucky that I could open it without damaging the door. I also had to put in a second set of brand new batteries to make sure I was actually pressing the right buttons. I do not recommend this product.
