The best part of winRes is that it provides me with all my information in one place when I go to make changes or reservations which saves time for myself as well as clients. Also very easy platform to learn which helps reduce training costs. There are times where there could be more options available but this may not always work out depending upon your business needs. It's great software overall however if you have different companies within an organization who use winRES then sometimes they can't see each other due to their specific role/functionality (e.g., HR vs Finance). If any problems occur during meetings we also find ourselves having to contact multiple people at once instead of just 1 person like before so therefore creating confusion rather than solving issues quickly.
