Review on 7.5-Inch LED Aquarium Light for Crystal Clear Underwater Illumination - Submersible Fish Tank Lighting in White by Mary Ashford

I bought two of these to replace the current fluorescent lights on top of my tank. The idea was to have a white LED light that would improve fish and tank contents and eliminate the visibility of cloudy water that fluorescent lights offer. They do, but are too short to provide enough light for my 4 foot wide tank. So if you have a large aquarium, get longer spotlights. They have a long chord, which is handy. There is also a built in on/off switch which can be handy for those who don't put their tanking gear on a timer. I attached the lanterns to the top of my jar lid. In this configuration they will field an army tank!
