Overall this is a great microphone for your smartphone/tablet. I used this in a live facebook video and attached a clip to hear the sound quality. It works right out of the box, just plug it in. (Although you might need an adapter like me to go from the USB-C port to the audio. NOTE: Use an Apple-branded adapter, not a third-party), so it also comes with a carrying case and plenty of cables.
