Magnum quickly became my favorite protein isolate when I was recommended it by a fitness trainer and after he did extensive research on different brands and hired a private lab in Omaha to test samples from different brands which reported that Magnum the only one was Tested Whey Protein Isolate, which contained only the highest quality 100% Whey Protein Isolate along with the other ingredients listed and contained no natural or non-natural fillers or other potentially harmful ingredients. Many of the brands tested included carcasses of crickets, wasps, and other bugs, even sawdust, to fill the container without disclosing this on the label or the "nature" of the non-whey ingredients. Magnum is certified by Canada's Good Manufacturing Practice, the only government certification body in North America that tests dietary supplements, and I'm told it's the Canadian version of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA does not test or certify any dietary supplements. Magnum is slightly more expensive than popular whey proteins sold by other manufacturers; although studies prove that in the unregulated world of supplements, they often get "more" than intended. I will not trust any other brand. As far as I can tell, the Magnum does an excellent job of training recovery and muscle building. Now I avoid Muscle Milk, Gold Standard and GNC. They may be unfilled, but I only know of one brand that has been proven to have no fillers. As a Magnum customer since early 2017, I've been filling my whey protein isolate needs with the smoothest, easy to mix, most delicious, affordable, and best quality whey protein isolate on the market (IMO). Subscribe and save at this time (2018) only sells reduced vanilla.
