The best thing about using LCT is that you can meet different individuals within your industry/company from around every corner of this great country! I love working w/the locals because they are knowledgeable not only at what business do but how to treat their clients as well!! If something has been miscommunicated by an applicant or client we always have ways of getting back on track and finding out it was just them being silly instead. LCT is constantly evolving as far as services offered for candidates trying to be successful both locally and nationally so there really isn't anything negative that i could even mention when compared against others similar companies offering these benefits. All-Inclusive Benefits package - medical, dental, vision & life insurance. PTO accrual + 20% discount off rental cars upon hire (2 vehicles) which helps w/transportation during the day or if the job requires us tp travel long distances throughout our area. I like that they are very helpful to me when it comes time for my annual check up or new hire orientation! They have been great at helping us get through everything we need help getting done during our recruitment process as well which is awesome!! Nothing really but all around good experience so far. Great people who work there too :) We've used them several times now over different positions/companies - always friendly staff & quick service (even if you're not an existing client).
