The best thing about using LCT is that you can meet different individuals within your industry/company from around every corner of this great country! I love working w/the locals because they are knowledgeable not only at what business do but how to treat their clients as well!! I enjoyed working for this organization because of their flexible hours that allowed me to work from home when my kids were at school or asleep! The pay was great as well!! There wasn't much but it's not like they're trying hard enough so there isn’t anything else really wrong here other than what has been mentioned above which is very minor stuff if any. If you are looking into an office job where your employer will allow flexibility then consider applying through them first before searching

The ease of use, the ability to search quickly and effectively. There are other systems out there, but LC Staffing is the best. The customer service has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and they really know their stuff. The system is easy to use and the reporting is easy to manage.
