The ease of use, the ability to search quickly and effectively. There are other systems out there, but LC Staffing is the best. The customer service has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and they really know their stuff. The system is easy to use and the reporting is easy to manage. The system is very flexible, allowing me to do a lot of things I would have never thought of. I can do a lot of things I would have never thought of. There are a lot of functions that I haven't even discovered yet. I can't think of anything I don't like. I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a great user friendly system that allows you to do a lot of things you would never think of. I'm able to use this system to do a lot of things I would have never thought of.
