This was a cable box and DVD player shelf under the TV that connected to a wall mount. It was pretty straight forward. Good guide. My TV was tilted down and I saw a few photos where they left the shelf straight and put the stops forward. Tip: It's not the strongest metal in the world. I bent mine forward and with no weight it tipped up but once the cable box was on it straightened up. Reason for some lower stars: The design is for flat-back TVs. There are almost no flat screen TVs on the market. My Samsung has a huge block at the bottom that protrudes beyond the mount's mounting holes. Luckily I still had the kit and installed the huge spacers and longer screws. Still strong. There were some issues with the screws for the glass clamps, but it continues. Fits perfectly in the Comcast cable box in depth and a few inches on each side in width.
