Review on 🐱 Premium Grain-Free ORIJEN Dry Cat Food with Fresh and Raw Animal Ingredients by Nancy Roelfsema

Revainrating 4 out of 5

High quality grain free cat food but expensive and too strong a fishy smell

Orijen dry cat food has really great ingredients and my cat seems to really like this food (although she seems to like the Regional Red version better). The bag is about the size of a sample, is very small and does not reseal. The price is quite high, but it's a good way to check if the cat likes this food. The pieces are small (compared to regular food); When I switched my cat to grain-free, not only did she have to get used to the formula, she also had to get used to eating these smaller, flatter pieces. It's basically fish meat, so it leaves a fishy smell in the house; If people in the household don't like the smell of fish, this can be a problem. At first I didn't understand what a strange smell was in the house, but it was food.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • For seniors
