Sturdy, versatile cage
Cage was easy to assemble. I took my time and did it alone in under 2 hours. The pulley system is smooth. I bought a couple of attachments for it and found that I can do a good many exercises using either the lat pulldown or the low pulley. The weight holders are sturdy. I put two 50 lb plates on a couple of the pins and it was fine. For a home gym that won't get used and abused 24/7, this cage should be plenty enough for most, even if you squat or bench relatively heavy. I'm very satisfied with it.
