The first thing that struck me was how flimsy and cheap it was! It is by no means heavy-duty or could be confused with heavy-duty. Look at any air conditioner that requires such a large cover and you will see support brackets on the outside to take the weight off the window frame. Well, this cover doesn't even explain it. They actually lied about it. If you look at the first picture they use for the ad you can see the support bracket in the middle of the air conditioner but that square cover doesn't even fit without modifications. made of tissue paper as they fall apart when you try to use them to tighten the lid. If you value your hard-earned money, please don't "PLEASE" do it, spend it with a retailer who values it too. You have been warned 😳!
