Review on 🔊 Polk Audio Surroundbar Soundbar RE6214-1 RE62141 RTRE62141 Signa S2 SIGNAS2 - Remote Control for Enhanced Compatibility by Jody Yarrish

I bought these to replace a 3rd remote that was destroyed by one of my dogs. It's almost impossible to find a genuine Polk brand remote without paying over $50 for one. Based on the specs for this remote, it should have worked with my soundbar. There are multiple buttons, but only two functions worked. With this remote I was able to turn on the soundbar and regulate the volume once. After that, the remote control and the soundbar stopped responding to the remote control or manually pressing the buttons on the soundbar. I actually had to unplug and plug the soundbar back in for the soundbar buttons to work again. It didn't matter if I just pressed the power button on the remote, it still didn't respond and we had to unplug the soundbar again. Definitely not what I expected and the limited reviews on this were unhelpful hence this review. Support sent me a return label and I bought a different brand of my soundbar remote.
