Back in 2015 I was NOT LIMITED to this product. I took a break from bodybuilding and came back a year ago and bought it again soon after. I have to say I've used it probably 5 times and gifted it to my brother. Unfortunately the taste makes me sick these days, and if I drink before a workout the aftertaste makes me sick for most of the workout. It doesn't fit me anymore, but I think my brother likes it. So if you like a caffeine-free pump product, there's no harm in giving it a try. Cotton candy used to taste pretty good, too. But it seemed to me that I wouldn't get tired of this scent anytime soon. Boy was I wrong :(
