Not the best quality, not adjustable
You know those cheap dog collars that don't hold their adjustment and have a plastic buckle that keeps slipping, causing the collar to grow bigger and bigger until it's hanging around your dog's neck ? Unfortunately this is one of them. It's very pretty and cute on my dog, but in the days leading up to Valentine's Day when she wore it, I kept tightening it to keep it from falling off. out. I probably won't give it back to her.
