Received it today. The product is very cute. It came with a carry-on cup holder, 2 plastic straws and 3 different cup lids (with straw, pouring lid and teacup lid). The 3 lid idea is good, but the hot drink lid is too difficult to put on and take off. My daughter had to fight this to make it work to prevent leakage. The bottle is big for her hands. She said it was hard even without water. Our product arrived with a few spots of peeling paint on the unicorn sticker and around the bottle. I'm not sure if I received a brand new item or if it will hold up with daily use and washing. I want to love this item so I will try it despite initial disappointments. Update: The lid broke completely after 5 months of only 3 months of daily use at school (5 days a week). I will buy another bottle. not worth the money. Another pretty bottle.
