If you use a claw grip for your mouse, this mouse can be your ultimate game. My hands are 18.5 x 10.5 cm and I can use this mouse comfortably. Other mice I can compare to are the Razer Viper Ultimate (I found this mouse too flat and not protruding enough), G-Pro Wireless (good mouse but wanted more of a mouse with a rear hump), Roccat Burst Pro ( this was the closest and I can say that Burst Pro prefers more grip styles and is a bit wider if you have wide hands). I can tell those with really wide hands that I would rather recommend the Burst Pro as the sides of this mouse curve inwards which can cause cramps if you have wider hands. Length can be an issue if you have small hands. Overall, this mouse is incredible for claws, as the coating is grippy, the cable is light and flexible, and the sensor performance is impeccable.
