The best feature about this product is its ability to customize as per our needs. I like this tool as it makes us more flexible in managing the printing machine on time-to-time basis. I have used this for over one year now and there hasn't been an inconvenience so far. It gives me all the flexibility I need to monitor my printer's performance without having to spend much of my precious time. My team and I can easily handle issues like paper jam, toner outlow and other technical problems as it keeps track of everything. It's easy, simple, fast way to connect with different parts of your organization without having to deal directly with each part (e.g., sales, support). Also, it provides excellent documentation for the user at any stage in life cycle of printing jobs. The overall experience is not as smooth as I would like but this could be probably due to my inexperience and lack of knowledge regarding IT products. We have made good use of its simplicity by automating our accounting process through its web portal.
