The best feature about this product is its ability to customize as per our needs. I like this tool as it makes us more flexible in managing the printing machine on time-to-time basis. I use AMR for accounting for our small office and having a single database makes it easier than using multiple software. The UI could be made simpler, but it's not bad at all as it is now.
