The vibration of this device is very pleasant, I have had other electric toothbrushes which vibration numbs the whole mouth Bc vibration intensity. It came with two brush heads, one with a tongue brush on the back and one without. I checked the store to see if they sell replacement heads but didn't see them listed. I'm just wondering how to get replacement heads now but this product has a really elegant design and I really recommend it because it's half the price of big brands and works great. The only thing I would say is that without using the app it doesn't count or notify you how long you've been cleaning.
