I usually prefer a pillow under my neck when sitting in a chair, but my neck was in very bad shape. Instead I use this product. It helps relieve pain by applying pressure in the right place. I can move my neck around it to hit any sore spots. I don't have to hold it in my hands, I just tuck it between my neck and the back of the chair. I also found it easy to use on other painful areas like the wrists. It's made of really great material. Unfortunately I'm good at breaking things like that because I put a lot of pressure on them because I'm in so much pain. I don't have to worry about it breaking!
