1 Star = POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I waited 5 working days for someone to reply to me. I emailed them, texted them and posted on Facebook and Instagram. Many times. They don't have a number to call, you can only write. However, you have plenty of time to post cute photos on Instagram. So make sure you like the watch or get one that has no issues or they won't want to do business with you. I'm sending it back which is a shame because I love the watch.
