I was very excited about purchasing this gift after moving in with my boyfriend as a nice touch for him to feminize his room and want to make sure he still has a playroom area Has . . Assembling the chair involves fitting the screws (to test security) and you have to remove them and assemble the chair yourself (weird I've never seen companies do this before). Well, one of the screws was over tightened to the point where the frame was dented at the base and they have no way of contacting the seller (even Amazon has tried) for a replacement or partial refund . The plastic frame of the headrest is also broken. I know my friend will appreciate a new chair but it is devastating when you want to give someone a nice gift so after paying for it is so damaged there are many other cheaper chairs that I have for my brothers bought the best quality.
