Comfortable chair! Tons of features and customizable in so many ways. Great pillows for lumbar and head support. The armrests are great and adjust up and down and in and out. Ordered on December 29, 2020 I have decided to "upgrade" my old gaming chair that took me 2 years. comfortable and I really enjoyed it. I got this chair because it says it has a max weight of 400lbs I'm a tall guy just under 280 I got the chair and assembled it when I I noticed that the instructions say the max weight is 300lbs, I'm smaller than that so it didn't annoy me too much. literally a week later and it won't keep the height adjustment I need.
