A wheel fell off one of the legs and I've had this chair less than a month and a half. To be honest I don't think anyone should buy this gaming chair. Over time, the pillow you are sitting on will lose its comfort and it will feel like you are sitting on a tree covered with a thin blanket. The armrest cushion also loses its comfort after 2 weeks of prolonged use. I have been sitting in this chair playing games for over 6 hours and my lower back and neck hurts from lying on it. The raise/lower riser is of very poor quality as it doesn't rise quickly when you step off slightly compared to my previous chair which rises when I step off slightly. Creaks when tilted. To finish my review, it came with small tears on the bottom front of the chair. Will I recommend this? ABSOLUTELY NOT. SPECIAL FOR THE QUALITY YOU GET!
